Pen and ink rendering for a custom builder for a remodel project in the Highlands in Denver. Since this was an existing house getting a facelift, I was able to use existing elements such as the tree and neighboring house to give it real context.

Pen and ink elevation rendering for a custom home builder. A rendered elevation can produce a similar effect to a full-blown perspective drawing while saving a lot of time. Note the lack of any actual depth or foreshortening on the house. The appearance of depth is created through shade and shadow on nothing more than the flat, front view of the house.
